ST. BONAVENTURE, N.Y. — St. Bonaventure University has been awarded $125,000 from the George I. Alden Rely on to improve its tutorial pc science labs.
The university sought the grant for lab advancements to gain all pupils, not just laptop science and cybersecurity majors.
The updates will deliver the infrastructure desired to incorporate a technological innovation module into SBU 101: Local community of Learners, a initial-semester class expected of all new pupils as element of St. Bonaventure’s normal education curriculum.
The Community of Learners module will supply all undergraduate college students a centralized pathway for technological literacy, together with a fingers-on computing encounter and peer-to-peer mastering.
