MOUNT CARMEL, Unwell. (WFIE) – Wabash Valley College or university has named Aaron Biddle the Interim Head Baseball Coach.
Biddle replaces Rob Fournier, who stepped down last month as the school’s all-time wins chief.
Biddle has aided WVC to 326 wins, 5 GRAC Championships and 2 Globe Collection appearances because turning out to be the guide assistant mentor for the Warriors in 2016.
“We are very excited to have Aaron Biddle lead the Warrior Baseball team” explained WVC Athletic Director Mike Carpenter. “Coach Biddle has 20 decades of experience coaching at the Higher education stage, which includes 5 seasons as a Head Mentor, and he has been instrumental in the WVC Baseball team’s dominance about the earlier 7 seasons.”
Biddle, just before arriving at Wabash Valley, was the Head Baseball Coach at Brescia College, exactly where he led the Bearcats to the 2nd most wins in school background. Biddle also served as an assistant mentor at Brescia for 3 seasons and had assistant coaching stops at Kentucky Wesleyan and the College of Texas-Brownsville.
On this interim appointment, Biddle said, “I’m grateful first and foremost to Coach Fournier for offering me an chance to join his personnel 7 a long time in the past. He’s been such an unbelievable mentor and an even better good friend. I’ll forever be grateful to him.”
In Biddle’s 20 seasons of coaching collegiate baseball, he has coached 41 gamers who have gone on to signal qualified contacts, including two who have achieved the Big Leagues.

I’m certainly humbled and amazingly psyched to have on [Coach Fournier’s] profitable custom and to carry on producing younger adult men here at Wabash Valley College.” As a scholar-athlete, Biddle played two seasons at Kentucky Wesleyan and attained a B.A. in Athletics and Conditioning Management. He spent the 1st two seasons of his time as a collegiate participant at St. Catharine Higher education, the place he was an integral member of the Patriots 2000 group that completed the time ranked 6th in the Country.
Biddle is currently an associate scout for the Cleveland Guardians business.
He and his spouse Brittany reside in Mount Carmel with their two pet dogs Bella and Skittles.
